Yes, you can upload scanned copies of your design but sometimes it might not be possible to print from scanned copies, in that case we replicate the design by charging minimal fees. When you approve and pay the charges through our secured online payment link, we mail you the new designs. After receiving confirmation from you we put the request in process.

In most cases, yes, after you place an order you may change your Shipping Address up until we ship your items.

To change your shipping address:

  • Click My Account > Order Status.
  • Click the Edit Shipping Address link below the current Shipping Address on file.

If you do not see the option to edit your Shipping Address, please contact us and we can assist you.

Shipping duration depends upon the area, all metro cites and urban area are delivered within 3-5 days, and rural areas delivered within 5-7 days.

We do not guarantee the color of the uploaded pictures/designs as the process includes heat transfer of the images where some loss of color is always applicable.

Absolutely not! You can either chose from our existing design template or you can also upload your own designs/art/logo/text!

Kindly note that all the uploaded information are kept confidential with us and are used solely for the purpose for order processing and reorder.

If the order is cancelled or returned, the welcome coupon stands null and void. It cannot be redeemed again.
